Oops! I forgot to put up a post these last couple of nights, but rest assured that I am still on my eating strategy. And, it's getting much easier. Today is my second day at home with this plan, and I have found that even when I go out to eat with the family, I'm still able to pull off a 250-300 calorie meal. We went for a short walk yesterday, and that helped a lot as it meant I was able to add another 200 calories or so to my dinner. I have noticed, though, that I am feeling much less hungry between meals today than I was yesterday. I picked up some sugar free hard candies to suck on if the craving gets bad, but all in all (even in the beginning) it's been tolerable.
I found an app for my Android phone that has helped me out A LOT. It is called MyFitnessPal, and it gives a really easy way to track your meals and exercise, and shows you your remaining calorie balance for the day. It also allows you to track your measurements. I'll be posting pictures and measurements this evening. It's on my TO DO list.
