Motivation: Visualize Your Healthy Self
One thing that I've started doing for this fast, and the ensuing dietary change, is to mentally visualize myself as a fit, healthy person. I'm talking about actually developing a mental picture of what I'm going to look like when I am at a healthy weight. The guy in my head looks so different than the guy in my skin that even I almost don't recognize him
I've never done this before, during any of my previous attempts or otherwise, but let me tell you...it is MOTIVATING! Try it. Really try it. You'll be amazed at how it will help improve your morale and drive. Just look at some of the before/after photos in these success stories. The people look completely different. You and Ican will too!
